Order submission.

When submitting your image, the maximum file size we prefer being sent through email is 10 mb. Larger files should be sent using one of the many free file transfer sites such as wetransfer.com, yousendit.com, dropbox.com etc.
If sending your files by one of the free file transfer sites, please make sure to include your company information, purchase order and or reference number in the notes dialog box available on each site.
What file types are recommended for the best quality print?
We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF or Photoshop PSD files.
Avoid files with transparent layers. Transparency will not print correctly, as we print opaque.
Please make sure the file is RGB, sRGB, Adobe RGB (or any type of RGB) color profile.
Do not use CMYK profiled images, since they may print differently than expected.
File Resolution (Quality)
For best results, you’ll want to be sure to send high-resolution image file. Please size your graphic as close to finished glass size as possible. This will insure we do not have to stretch to fit.
Below are the minimum pixel dimensions required from an image to produce a clear print at each sized glass:
Rectangles: Portrait or Landscape.

Please note: We don’t make any adjustments, edits, or corrections to images sent, so make sure to have your image file just the way you’d like it before sending to our customer service department.
If the image contains text, please make sure the text does not touch any edge of your image. If the text touches the edge of the image, some parts of the letters could be cut off when printed that close to the glass edge. For example, this text touching the top edge of the photo is too close.
Proofs.
We are happy to supply proofs if requested. The cost for each proof will be $10.00 (x).
Production time.
Our standard production time is 3-4 working days. This may be extended for larger orders or during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping.
Our default shipping partner for PictureGlass products is FedEx. We are more than happy to ship UPS if requested.
All shipments will be sent blind label.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping of any PictureGlass products as third party or collect shipments. All orders will ship Prepaid and freight charges added to your invoice.
Split shipping your order is available. The cost for this service is $7.50 (x) per location.
At this time, we do not offer any International Shipping.
Displaying PictureGlass.
PictureGlass can be displayed using supplied Acrylic Feet (included with 5 x 5, 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 size glass only), resting on shelf or wall mounting using supplied hardware.
Included with each PictureGlass sizes 8 x 10 or larger, will be easy to use instructions and templates for wall mounting of PictureGlass.
